Shipment

For deliveries within Pakistan, orders will be delivered within 2 weeks unless otherwise communicated at the time of order confirmation. Any delays will be communicated accordingly. If no update is received, it may be due to unavailable or incorrect contact details such as email or phone.

For international customers, delivery time is approximately 14 to 20 working days after payment confirmation, including bank transfers. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, delivery may be extended by an additional 5 to 6 working days or more. Elava is not responsible for any delays in delivery, whether domestic or international, regardless of the payment method used, including situations where delay notifications could not be communicated.

Important Update on U.S. Import Duties

Effective August 29, due to recent changes in United States import regulations, all shipments entering the United States will be subject to applicable import duties, regardless of the declared value of the goods.

Customers or consignees are responsible for paying any applicable duties upon arrival of the shipment in the United States. We advise customers to consider this update before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the selected delivery location. These charges are non refundable.

Elava does not take responsibility for any additional charges such as customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities or governments outside Pakistan. All such charges must be borne by the customer. If customs duties are refused by the customer and the parcel is discarded by the authorities, the order amount will not be refunded.
